Foster Contracting Ltd are suppliers and installers of geotextiles and composites for asphalt overlay. We use our own calibrated binder distributors to spray a bond coat of 160/220 pen (straight run) bitumen. The hot applied binder is compatible with all asphalts and requires no binding time.
