What has been your biggest achievement?

In a previous career as an estate agent we were trying to sell a cul-de-sac of old 1960’s bungalows which didn’t look their best (understatement), so I came up with idea and convinced owners to invest some money into one of them and turn it into a `show home`, to show people what they could do with them with a little effort and money. So I organised and sourced new kitchen, bathroom, decoration, flooring and furnishings etc. (to a budget) It was a big success and all properties sold quickly, and one couple loved the show home so much they bought it as it was with everything in.

What is your favourite movie?

At the moment Mamma Mia
