VAN (Towing) TRAILER COURSE

For candidates wishing to drive Transit/Sprinter vans towing trailers (cat B+E)

Duration

Normally a THREE day course (Depending on candidates ability) with two candidates and one instructor in the vehicle at the same time. The TEST day is on the last day of this course.

Course Content

• Van/Trailer Inspection
• Basic Driving skills (use of mirrors)
• Manoeuvring techniques
• Reversing exercise
• Observation and forward planning
• Town driving (heavy traffic)
• Pre-Test driving

All candidates wishing to tow a trailer over 750Kg
