We are delighted to announce that the RSMA has been awarded an Investors in Education Award in recognition of our "exceptional partnership work and positive partnerships developed over the last academic year with young people and schools" through the work that our Training Officer, Jason Jermany, has done through the Lincoln Group Training Association.

Over three days, the RSMA and a selection of member companies, provided children from Year 6 upwards with the opportunity to explore the roadmarking industry, get to grips with equipment and learn more about our specialist sector, promoting road marking as a viable career choice.

At the Investors in Education event this year, guest speaker was James Pinchbeck, a Partner at Streets Chartered Accountants. He has a broad interest in both education and enterprise as a school governor, current Chair of the University of Lincoln Business School Advisory Board and the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership Growth Hub Programme Board.

Upon receving the award, Training Officer Jason Jermany said "A big thank you for everyone's support on this. It was a pleasure to see young people in their formative years so engaged with the road marking industry as a career choice".

Congratulations to Jason for the hard-work he has put in to championing the road marking industry.
